    MA | (Cantab)

I have been practising law as a solicitor in Sussex for 37 years. I created Anthony Morris Solicitors 17 years ago and I am proud of the strong ethic of public service and involvement with the community that we believe in. I believe in the right of all parents and children to have equal access to justice and the best representation in Court.

I specialise in advising and representing parents or children involved in disputes whether between themselves as family members or when there is any local authority involvement in their lives. I have been a Member of the Law Society Children Panel for over 25 years and an Accredited Resolution Specialist in Children Law for over 10 years. I have been re-elected in April 2014 to the National Committee of Resolution and am a member of Resolution Children Committee.

Anthony has been elected to the National Committee of Resolution in March 2011 and is currently also Chairman of the Resolution Children Committee. He has presented papers for the Westminster Policy Forum on the Interim Report of David Norgrove's Family Justice Review.
