He is also a member of the Resolution Children Committee.

The Practice has also achieved LEXCEL Accreditation as from February 2012 and been awarded a contract by Legal Aid Agency for face to face advice and representation for all family law work that is currently funded by the Legal Aid Agency. We have successfully achieved reaccreditation in March 2015.

Linda Baily has qualified as a family law mediator by training with Resolution. AMS is committed to expanding its services to provide mediation which is a more family friendly means of resolving disputes flowing from any relationship breakdown and is designed to ensure that this will not impact adversely upon the responsibilities of both parents to ensure that they both continue to meet the needs of their children for a stable and secure upbringing.

Anthony Morris, Leanne George and Philadelphia Deda have their own cases loads consisting mainly of Public Law matters with a mixture of representing both children parents and other extended family members including Special Guardianship applications and Adoption.

Linda Baily, Leanne George and Philadelphia Deda offer advice and representation in financial matters, private law children cases including abduction, injunctions protecting against domestic violence and divorce.

The firm is currently situated in a High Street office location which is an attractive Grade 2 listed building in a central location which provides easy accessibility to clients. There is also easy access to our offices via trains and buses and car parking available close by and on the High Street.

The Practice has also made a substantial investment in improving its IT so that much of the work is now carried on through an increasingly paperless office by the use of email and web based accessibility. Remote site working is also a key element in the business plan so that client’s matters can be actively progressed from all locations at any time of the day or night, 365 days of the year.
