We ask that you provide us with 100% of the fixed fee at the time of your instruction and the reminder of the monies are to be paid within 28 days of our further request or in the case of Court hearings 28 days before the hearing.
We will provide you with our terms and conditions in writing after our first meeting.
* Advocacy fee - An advocacy fee is either the cost of a solicitor from Anthony Morris Solicitors or the instruction of Counsel to represent you at a hearing. This fee will vary depending on the time estimate of the hearing provided by the Court. We will always discuss these costs with you before committing to them as we are conscious that you want to remain in controls of the costs in your case.
